Americas Unidas, Mother’s Day

Dora Ponce, our Community Outreach Coordinator, spent some time at Americas Unidas where residents were celebrating Mother's Day.

In addition, we performed a health assessment survey to have a better understanding of where our community stands regarding health issues.
